01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and taya22 ("taya22," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the taya22 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at https://taya22.app and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

taya22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the taya22 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all taya22 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active taya22 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. taya22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

taya22 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the taya22 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: taya22 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at taya22's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. taya22 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

taya22 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. taya22 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software tools, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.

• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your taya22 account.

08 Responsible Gaming

09 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude taya22's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Termination

taya22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if taya22 reasonably determines that:

• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
